Zoë Flowers is a globally recognized energy healer, artist, author, and advocate. As a Reiki Master, tarot reader, and certified Yoga teacher, she conducts classes, retreats, and workshops from New York to Ecuador. Her creative work spans multiple media, including From Ashes to Angel’s Dus (FA2AD), a book of interviews with women of color about their experiences with domestic and sexual violence, ASHES a play that uses monologues, poems, and vignettes to breathe life into the original stories chronicled in (FA2AD), a book of poetry entitled, In Praise of the Wytch, and the experimental films Thank You for Your Service and Offering. With over twenty years in the gender-based violence movement, Zoë frequently speaks on racial equity, spiritual and healing justice for survivors, and has appeared on National Public Radio and spoken at CUNY, SUNY, Yale University, Springfield College, Smith College, Bowie State University, and the US ARMY. In 2025, she launched Come To The Brink" with Zoë Flowers, a podcast prompted by her experience sheltering in place with her mother, her mother’s dementia diagnosis in 2023, cancer diagnosis in the Spring of 2024, and death that summer. Come To The Brink features caretakers, therapists, artists, authors, community leaders, and healers discussing who we must become to pull ourselves back from the brink. 2025 sees the shutdown of Tit2ba Productions and the creation of Not Easy. Not Hard. a multimedia production company dedicated to telling transformative moments that are not always easy, not always hard, but always real. Whether through books, narrative films, documentaries, or performances, Not Easy. Not Hard. brings forth stories that heal as they reveal, and like Zoë herself, exists at the intersection of art, healing, and truth.
